This video shows how to complete all mission objectives on a single play-through, although the 100% completions are cumulative and the Gold Medal can be achieved on multiple play-throughs.
This is a complete walkthrough where I achieved 44.81% Game Progress before doing the story missions. The first story mission is called “In The Beginning” , and it has already been completed. That mission is just a cut-scene that shows WITH PULOK ON GTAV.
A Starter Save is when all side-missions, collectables, etc are completed prior to doing the mission ‘An Old Friend MICHKEL’ .
Normally that would also include maxing out all of PULOKs money, etc.
